🌅 Evening Practices
Start Date: Monday, May 18
Days: Monday–Thursday (Note: Swim meets are held on Tuesdays starting with Mock Meet June 3)
- 6:40pm - 7:10pm 6 & unders
- 7:10pm - 8:00pm 7-10's
- 8:00pm - 9:00pm 11& Ups
🟢 Swimmers may move to a different skill level as they improve throughout the season.
🌞 Morning Practices
Start Date:Â June 15th
Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Time:Â 9-10am
Open to swimmers of all ages who can swim laps unassisted.

The Zebulon Dolphins are proud members of the Wake County Tarheel Swimming Association (TSA). Our team brings together young swimmers from the Zebulon Country Club (ZCC), Weaver’s Pond Subdivision, and Barrington HOA to focus on:
- Good sportsmanship
- Physical fitness
- Stroke technique
- Team spirit

- Practices: Offered mornings and evenings to fit busy schedules

Open to swimmers ages 4–18 who are:
- Members of ZCC, Weaver’s Pond HOA, or Barrington HOA
- Comfortable in the water with basic swimming skills
Non-swimmers can join swim lessons at the Zebulon Country Club Pool!
