Hi Dolphins! 

Aplogies for the long email, but getting a lot of details out in one place.  

Tomorrow is our Mock Meet, which is an important one to have your swimmer(s) attend.  This meet helps in several ways:
- The heat times captured are what Coach Amelia will use to place swimmers for our first official swim met next week. 
- The mock meet also allows new families to understand the flow of our swim meets.
- It's the perfect time to run through voluneer positions and answer questions to how these roles work.  

What you need to do (one parent):
1. Please log into your SwimTopia account and declare your swimmer's attendance for the mock meet by EOD.
From the Team News drop down, select Swim Meets click the green "Meet Entry" button, select whether your swimmer is attending and save your selection. Even if your swimmer will not attend, please submit a declaration so coaches can finalize the lineup.

2. Click the green "Job Signup" and select your role for volunterring tomorrow. 
**Returning families, please choose a job you did not do last year!
We will assign volunteer roles if we do not fill everything, but no worries! Lots of people to help with questions about specific volunteer roles. 

Meet Details:
- Swimmers arrive to the Weavers Pond pool by 4:45pm for a 5pm warm up.  
- We will have cheese and pepperoni pizza available from Domino's for $1/slice 
- Swimmers will need to provide their own drinks
- Don't forget your towels and goggles! It's okay if you don't have the team swimsuit yet.
